Методическая разработка реализует игровые технологии в обучении и может быть использована на уроках обобщения и систематизации изученного по теме “Соединенное Королевство Великобритании и Северной Ирландии” в 6-8 классах, а также во время проведения декады английского языка.
Урок-викторина, посвященный страноведческой тематике, способствует поддержанию интереса у учащихся к изучению английского языка, совершенствует речевые навыки и умения, расширяет кругозор учащихся о стране изучаемого языка.
Правила урока-викторины
В викторине участвуют 2 команды. Игра состоит из 5 разделов. Каждый раздел включает в себя 5 вопросов с 3 вариантами ответов, содержание которых скрыто от учащихся. Участники игры знакомятся с разделами викторины. Право каждой команды, по очереди, назвать раздел и номер вопроса. Правильный ответ приносит команде 5 баллов. После того как вариант ответа выбран, учитель-ведущий выбирает на слайде названный пункт и участники сразу смогут оценить насколько верно они ответили. Выигрывает та команда, которая наберет большее количество баллов.
После трех результативных ходов команда имеет право сама назначить сумму баллов за ответ – увеличить ее в 2 или 3 раза. При этом, в случае неправильного ответа “очки” сгорают в такое же количество раз.
