- Good morning!

- How are you today? How are your parents?

- I’m glad that you are all fine!

Some people are healthy, some people are unhealthy. The English people say: “Health is the best wealth”. They are right! We can’t buy health, but we can do a lot to keep it.

By the way, what do people do to be healthy?

Possible answers:

- They go in for sports.

  • They eat healthy food.
  • They lead a regular way of life.
  • They spend much time outdoors.
  • They keep to a diet.
  • They сlean teeth.
  • They are kind and happy.
  • They always do their homework.
  • They are good friends. …….etc.

So today we’ll speak about our health and about what we should do to be healthy.

to take vitamins to laugh
blood pressure to eat fruit

  • Repeat the words after me.
  • Read and translate the words.
  1. Now let’s work with proverbs. Match two halves of the proverbs.
Health is above Keeps the doctor away.
