Цели:

  • Учебный аспект: развитие навыков говорения на основе прочитанного текста; развитие лексических навыков (употребление фразы too + adjective); грамматических навыков (Present Simple, demonstrative pronouns)
  • Развивающий аспект: развитие способностей к логическому изложению мыслей, развитие памяти, внимания, воображения.
  • Воспитательный аспект: воспитание интереса к предмету, учебной активности, культуры труда на уроке.

Оборудование: книги для чтения “I like shopping”, handouts with exercises.

Дотекстовой этап.

Цели:

  • определить речевую задачу перед прочтением текста;
  • создать необходимый уровень мотивации у учащихся;
  • сократить уровень языковых и речевых трудностей.

Teacher: I give you the book for reading at home. It is called “I like shopping!”

So, you can easily guess what the book is about.

Pupils: It’s about shopping.

Teacher: Right you are! The book is lavishly illustrated. Look at the cover and try to guess who goes shopping.

Pupils: I think the family – father, mother and the son.

Teacher: You are absolutely right. Now turn the pages and guess what they buy.

Pupils: They buy fruit, shoes, glasses, an umbrella.

Teacher: Good. Read the text at home and try to understand if the boy really likes shopping.

Работа с лексикой:

Now have a look at the words from the text. (учитель знакомит уч-ся с лексикой, затем идет фонетическая отработка)

Цель: использовать текст в качестве содержательной опоры для развития умений в устной речи.

Учащимся предлагается составить свой диалог на основе диалога-образца)

Установка: You want to buy new shorts and go shopping with your mum. Some shorts are too long, some shorts too big. At last you see the right shorts . (по желанию учащиеся могут сами придумать, что купить и с кем пойти за покупками)

Teacher: At home learn your dialogue and be ready to act it out next time.

Teacher: Bob says that he doesn’t like shopping at the beginning and he says: ”I like shopping” at the end of the story. What is your idea if he really likes or doesn’t like shopping?

Pupils: He says: “I don’t like shopping” when his mother doesn’t buy him red and green trainers. When his father gives him red and green trainers he says: “I like shopping”.

Children are always naughty when they don’t get what they want.

It’s boring to go shopping when you don’t get what you want.

Teacher: You work hard today. Do you like the story? Who likes the story, raise your hands. Now raise your hands those who don’t like the story.

(на доске два смайлика - веселый и грустный. Учитель считает учеников, которым понравилась/не понравилась история и записывает цифры рядом со смайликами.)
