Тема урока: "The Island of my dream" ("Остров моей мечты")

Цели урока: совершенствование навыков монологической речи, активизация лексических навыков, обучение аудированию с целью понимания и воспроизведения прослушанного материала.

Оборудование: карточки с упражнениями, компьютер, доска, проектор, экран; упражнения с задания, выполненные на компьютере с помощью программы для презентации  «Power Point»

При планировании урока были учтены уровень приобретенных навыков данной группы учеников и дифференцированный подход к каждому ученику ( индивидуальные задания).

Ожидаемый результат: понимание прослушанного материала и частичное устное его воспроизведение (неподготовленная монологическая речь), активное использование лексического запаса, грамматическая правильность речи.

Этапы урока:

  1. Организационный момент (цели и задачи урока).
  2. Изучение нового материала.
  3. Развитие речевых навыков
  4. Проверка домашнего задания.
  5. Аудирование.
  6. Закрепление нового материала.
  7. Подведение итогов. Домашнее задание.

ХОД УРОКА

1. Организационный момент

Приветствие, сообщение о теме и характере работы на данном уроке.

Тeacher: Good morning! Take your seats, please! And get ready for the lesson. We have spoken a lot about different islands: Barbados, Crete, Skye, Cyprus.

2. Warming up

Для настройки учащихся можно использовать высказывания  Марка Твена «On earth there is no paradise but there are places of it». Учащиеся комментируют пословицу.
Pupils comment on the quotation from M. Twain: “On Earth there is no paradise, but there are places of it”.

3. Развитие речевых навыков

Учащиеся восстанавливают схему описания острова.

Тeacher: Now, look at the scheme and present your projects «The Island of my dream».

4. Проверка домашнего задания

Учащиеся выходят к доске и рассказывают о воображаемом острове, используя карту, которую они нарисовали заранее, мини-проекты.

5. Аудирование

Teacher: You will hear the description of an island Koh Chang. Listen to the speaker and complete the gapped words. You have to write one word in each gap.
Before listening pupils scan the text.

Fill in the gaps with suitable words from the box.

6. Учащиеся заполняют пропуски подходящими по смыслу словами после двух прослушиваний.
